WEBINAR: Trauma Informed Mindful Movement & Meditative Journaling

In this session, participants will take a pause in their schedule to slow down with low-impact, body inclusive, and trauma informed breath work, meditation, and movement.  This session includes meditative journaling focused on affirming and reflecting on our experiences in a safe container.  Please have access to a chair and pen/paper.

Christy Andres Tonel, MPH, RYT 

Christy Andres Tonel is the founder of Compassionate Connections and provides trauma sensitive, healing centered, and accessible yoga to (BIPOC) Black, Indigenous, and People of Color. After a decade in public health non profit work, Christy decided to create holistic health spaces for communities that need healing and recovery. Christy is dedicated to social justice, wellness, and community building.
