Please Join the Cancer Prevention in Indigenous Communities: Screening to Follow Up conference on November 2-4, 2022 in Tucson, Arizona.
This conference will bring together keynote speakers and experts from across the nation to share their knowledge on cancer screening and prevention within the Indigenous community. Tribal community members will also share perspectives on everything from patient navigation to cancer health disparities. Come enjoy the conference, learn something new, connect with others, and help us work to reduce cancer in Tribal communities.
The meeting will start with a networking dinner on the evening of November 2 and will end at noon on November 4 after town halls with all attendees.
We also invite you to submit a poster highlighting your organization’s cancer prevention activities or your research that is addressing issues faced by indigenous communities related to cancer prevention and control with an emphasis on screening. We have limited spacing for posters.
We are pleased to be able to provide a limited number of travel scholarships to community partners including hotel and flight arrangements. Please share this letter of invitation with community partners who you think would be interested in attending.
