The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the National Cancer Institute have released the 1999-2012 United States Cancer Statistics: Incidence and Mortality Web-based Report. This report contains the official federal cancer incidence and cancer mortality statistics and the information comes from the geographic areas that contain 99% of the US population.
