Patricia Nez Henderson, MD, MPH (Diné/Navajo) of the Black Hills Center for American Indian Health will speak on Applications of Indigenous Knowledge to Support Nicotine Cessation in Indian Country as part of the panel on increasing health equity on Friday, June 10.

Attendees can participate in meditation yoga video sessions led by Analisa Garcia-Rockbridge (Diné), Mother of Sage Yoga.

Melissa Buffalo (Meskwaki & Dakota) from the American Indian Cancer Foundation, and a part of the Dialogue advisory group, will lend her expertise to a facilitated breakout conversation on strategies and opportunities for colorectal cancer (CRC) screening.  The session, Reaching More Patients for CRC Screening in Rural Settings, will be held on Friday, June 10.
