FDA Issues final guidance for FDA’s authority to issue No-Tobacco-Sale Order

The FDA has issued their final guidance addressing their authority to issue No-Tobacco-Sale Orders (NTSOs) to retailers who repeatedly violate restrictions on tobacco product sales. Not “Additive Free” or “Natural” – FDA Issues Warning Letters to Commercial Tobacco Manufacturers

The FDA announced today that through ongoing surveillance efforts, they are issuing warning letters to three cigarette manufacturers, who describe their cigarettes on product labeling as “additive free” and/or “natural.”
