Commercial Tobacco User Survey

This survey project is seeking American Indians who smoke commercial cigarettes to be interviewed by Zoom for 30 – 45 minutes to give input on ways to help people quit smoking.  They do not have to be thinking about quitting; just give their perspective.  Participants will receive a $50 gift card for their time.  Requesting your assistance to help recruit by sharing this flyer and reaching out to potential participants.  Both flyers can be posted, the recruitment flyer USC can also be shared on social media, emailed, or posted.  Individuals just need to reach out to the number on the flyer.  Please feel free to share with your community via email, phone, or post flyer.
