FDA Issues final guidance for FDA’s authority to issue No-Tobacco-Sale Order

The FDA has issued their final guidance addressing their authority to issue No-Tobacco-Sale Orders (NTSOs) to retailers who repeatedly violate restrictions on tobacco product sales.
