Oyate Today with Jerilyn Lebeau-Church

GPTCHB Leader Featured on Oyate Today

The Great Plains Tribal Chairmen’s Health Board’s Chief Executive Officer, Jerilyn Lebeau-Church was featured on the Oyate Today show.  Today is produced in partnership with Native Sun News Today and KOTA TV.

Oyate Today reaches out to the Native American population in the Northern Plains and endeavors to inform our viewers on the history and culture of the Lakota.  This half hour program is produced and directed by Tim and Jackie Giago.  Tim is an enrolled member of the Oglala Sioux Tribe.  Our host Richie Richards, Oglala Lakota, interviews tribal elders, state and federal legislators, educators, artists, authors, athletes, drug treatment program directors and health officials.

Oyate Today is opening the doors for the Non-Indian people to become more aware of their neighbors from Indian Country living next door to them in the urban and reservations and the local town and cities in the Northern Plains.  Come join the Oyate Today program and enjoy our culture, our spirituality, our dreams and goals.
