Improving Resilience and Equity in Cancer Screening: Lessons from COVID-19 and Beyond
In the coming months, the President’s Cancer Panel will conduct a series of meetings to discuss the effects of COVID-19 on cancer screening across four cancer types—cervical cancer, breast cancer, colorectal cancer, and lung cancer. The goal is to explore specific issues deemed critical to the National Cancer Program and develop strategies to accelerate improvements in the area of cancer screening across these four tumor types and in cancer screening in general.
The Panel meeting will be webcast and will include an opportunity for stakeholders and the public to provide input and ask questions during the public comment portion of the meeting. Information on the dates and times of the meeting is below.
