By the end of the webinar, participants will be able to:
- Examine the REACH Journey to Wellness model for obesity prevention in multiple tribes.
- Identify the positive impact of promoting participant driven healthy lifestyle adaptions vs. weight reduction programs to address obesity.
- Implement effective physical activity and nutrition strategies to address overweight and obesity in American Indian communities.
Target Audience: Physicians, nurses, health educators, administrators, and support staff working with American Indian and/or Alaska Native communities.
