There is a lot of confusion about when and how often a woman should get a mammogram.  Breast cancer experts don’t all agree.  The WISDOM Study hopes to provide clarification on which method is safer and more effective for women:  routine yearly screening or personalized screening.

Join us in the webinar, to hear a panel of experts from the WISDOM Study discuss the importance of breast cancer screening and how the WISDOM Study is working to determine how to best screen women from diverse communities.  Be a part of this very important discussion and learn now to join and/or collaborate to help address breast cancer disparities and improve the health of our mothers, sisters, and daughters, and future generations of women.

Panelists:

  • Laura Esserman, MD, MBA, Director, UCSF Carol Frank Buck Breast Care Center & Principal Investigator, WISDOM Study, UCSF
  • Celia Kaplan, DrPh, MA, Co-Investigator, WISDOM Study, UCSF
