Hershel Clark, MPH is the Program Manager for the Southwest Navajo Tobacco Education Prevention Project.  He has experience working in tobacco control and prevention.  Mr. Clark assisted with the passing of the Navajo Air is Life Act of 2021 for the Navajo Nation.
