Diabetes Funding Opportunity from IHS

Indian Health Servies is currently accepting applications for grant awards of up to $6,500.00 for up to 450 recipients for porviding treatment or preventative services relating to diabetes among AI/AN populations.

Closing date is October 7, 2015 and those eligable are: Federally-recognized Indian Tribe; Tribal organization operating an Indian health program with the HIS; urban Indian organization operating a Title V urban Indian health program; IHS facilities
