Learning Objectives/Outcomes:
At the conclusion of this activity, the healthcare team will be able to:

1.  Understand the regulatory landscape:  Analyze the FDA’s recent authorization process for fruit-flavored e-cigarettes and its impact on the market alongside disposable vapes and nicotine pouches.

2.  Audit & Update Tribal Policies:  Evaluate concrete legal mechanisms to strengthen tribal codes, including updating product definitions, implementation point-of-sale regulations, and expanding smoke-free protections.

Target Audience:
Physicians, nurses, social workers, health educators, administrators, and support staff working with American Indian and/or Alaska Native communities.
