The American Cancer Society is recruiting qualified candidates for an open position Health Systems Manager – Primary Care. The individual will be responsible for managing relationships with primary care systems including primary care associations, and Community-based entities such as health center networks, health worker networks, Community health representatives like Native American and tribal health, primary care systems via FQHCs (Federally Qualified Health Care Centers) and other key systems for South Dakota.
