California HPV Vaccine Week is August 1 – 7, 2022

California HPV Vaccine week is an annual observance held during the first week of August. The goal of this campaign is to increase awareness of the HPV vaccine and promote the vaccination of adolescents ages 9-13. California HPV Vaccine Week is an excellent way for families, providers, coalitions supporting children’s health, and local health departments to get out the message about the importance of the HPV vaccine as cancer prevention.

During the week of August 1st-7th, utilize this suggested content to communicate with your communities about the importance of HPV vaccination. There is a Social Media Toolkit containing images, video links, and language to use during the week of the campaign provided by California HPV Vaccination Roundtable. CLICK HERE FOR TOOLKIT
