CDC TIPS Military Campaign Materials

On December 3, 2020, the CDC released a package of campaign materials for outreach to current and veteran military personnel as part of the Tips From Former Smokers campaign.

These resources would be suitable around holidays such as Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Veterans Day.

Nathan M. was a Native American member of the Oglala Sioux tribe and a military veteran who never smoked but died of secondhand smoke damage in 2013 at age 54.

Michael P. was an Alaska Native member of the Tlingit Tribe and a military veteran who began smoking at the age of 9 years old.  Michael developed COPD and died in 2020 at the age of 64.

Below are links to resources that were made available as part of the package.
